Welcome to The Loopii. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of theloopii.com and your purchase of the online course Become an Amigurumi Designer.

2. The Course
Become an Amigurumi Designer is a pre-recorded online educational course designed to teach students how to develop their skills and knowledge in amigurumi design.
The course includes:
- Pre-recorded video lessons;
- PDF materials and resources;
- Lifetime access to the course materials, subject to these Terms.
The course is a digital product and no physical products will be shipped.
3. Purchase and Payment
The price of the course is US$120, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Payment is made as a one-time payment. No recurring subscription is created through the purchase of this course.
All prices and applicable taxes, where required, will be displayed during the checkout process.
Payments are processed through the payment methods available through our Shopify-powered checkout.
4. Access to the Course
After successful payment, you will receive instructions to access the course.
Access is intended for the individual who purchased the course and may not be shared with other people.
“Lifetime access” means access for as long as the course remains available through The Loopii, subject to these Terms. Lifetime access does not mean that the course or website is guaranteed to operate indefinitely.
We reserve the right to update, modify, replace or discontinue course materials where reasonably necessary, while making reasonable efforts to preserve the educational value of the course.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided through the course, including but not limited to:
- videos;
- PDF files;
- written materials;
- patterns;
- illustrations;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- course structure;
- teaching materials;
- The Loopii branding;
are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and remain the property of Ana Claudia Vaz da Costa and/or the respective rights holders.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the course for your own personal and educational purposes.
You may not:
- share your account or login details;
- give another person access to the course;
- copy, reproduce or redistribute course videos or materials;
- upload course materials to other websites or platforms;
- sell, sublicense or commercially distribute the course materials;
- reproduce the course or any substantial part of it as your own educational product;
- record or redistribute the course videos;
- share the PDF materials publicly or privately with third parties.
Unauthorised distribution or sharing may result in termination of your access without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us under applicable law.
6. Personal Use
The course is intended for individual learning and personal use.
Purchasing the course does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
