Digital Course Refund Policy
The Loopii sells digital educational content that is made available electronically after purchase.
Because the course is digital and access may begin immediately after payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the course has begun, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
EU/EEA Consumers and the 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Consumers in the European Union and European Economic Area may generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from distance contracts.
However, EU consumer law provides an exception for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium when:
- the consumer has expressly consented to the performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period;
- the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal; and
- the required contractual confirmation is provided.
Because The Loopii provides immediate access to the digital course, the checkout process may therefore ask you to expressly acknowledge that you wish to receive immediate access and that you understand the consequences for your statutory withdrawal right.
No Voluntary Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, The Loopii does not offer voluntary refunds after access to the course has been provided.
This policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Technical Problems
If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the course, please contact us at:
We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the problem.
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you have accidentally been charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the transaction.
